
Our adult classes are for ages 13+ years. (No children allowed!!)
Wether you are looking at getting fit, losing weight, releiving stress, learning self defence or trying something new. Warrior can help.
A typical class will consist of the following:
Minutes 0 – 15: Warm up, stretching and fitness work.
Minutes 15 – 45: Taekwondo syllabus (traditional / sport).
Minutes 45 – 60: Self Defence.
